HANDPAINTED DOOR STOPPER IRRANUN MAN AND WOMAN SET
Quirkily painted to resemble the Iranun people, a Moro ethnic group native to the Philippines, this quaint door stopper is hand-painted to add a little playfulness to any room. Loosely translated to mean “people of the lake”, the Iranun people are largely sea-based, engaging in fishing and farming to sustain their daily life. During their periods of celebration, they dress up in traditional finery, giving them their signature look. The door stoppers are painted to mimic this finery, giving an ordinary utilitarian item a touch of whimsy.
